Blizzard Acquires Diablo 3 domain

Maybe Roger “Mockery” Barr aka -RoG- saw it coming long back when he purchased the domain Diablo3.com The hardcore fan of the popular game ,Mockery had his website kept running with stuff related to Diablo. He recently reported on his website that Blizzard had contacted him about acquiring his domain and Blizzard also appreciated the site’s contribution to Diablo Fans Community.
It wasn’t a business deal as most of the blogs/news websites report, it was just a casual exchange of domain. Roger didn’t intent to shell out cash from this domain, rather he shifted his website to Diablofans.com and gave away Diablo3.com to Blizzard after listening to their intent of buying the domain.
Well this could make everyone hear Diablo 3 in making! Well Blizzard cautionly said “They keep on buying domains, and Diablo3.com was one of many. But Diablo 3 is in development.” Its been seven years since the launch of Diablo 2 and gamers are eagerly waiting for a sequel for the same. Blizzard after launch of Diablo 2 in 2001, directly launched Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne in 2004. But wait their might be further announcements of the same later this year in mid of June in Paris where we have the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational event.
