Help Mynamar Cyclone victims with Google

After the deadly cyclone ravaged in Myanmar(Burma) region, thousands of people died, and many are missing. People are still getting help through various other sources with the hope the whole world steps forward and help them. To support this humanitarian effort, Google has step forward with asking people for donations regarding the same.

The Google homepage provides you with a link which takes you to Support Disaster Relief Page. Google along with two worthy organisations namely, UNICEF and Direct Relief International give you the option to donate and fulfil their promise of providing $1 million relief fund to the affected people. As soon as they reach this goal the donations will be forwarded to the respective cause and updates regarding this can be checked on Google.org.

Raging Thunder, A game for iPhone.

This isn’t a official release but this is what we can expect in the SDK kit Apple announced few weeks ago. The game Raging Thunder is a typical racing game and has decent graphics with the accelerometer serving as the wheel. This game looks good.

A game already was demonstrated on iPhone and it clearly showed with some more advancements in developing, a good game with decent graphics can easily be made. It is presumed, Apple’s iPhone can give a closer feel to Wii games and with some more work with the SDKs this can be accomplished soon.

XP SP3 now available.

Windows delayed Windows XP service Pack 3 is now available for download on Windows Update as well as on the Microsoft Download Center.

The final build of XP SP3 (5512) has 1000+ software fixes, and the latest Internet Explorer for use. The delay of the service pack was due to the Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS).In addition to the XP SP3 release, automatic distribution of Windows Vista SP1 has also resumed. Microsoft is still working on a fix for the RMS problem. Systems with RMS are been blocked access from the Windows Update.
