When certain safe keywords searched on Yahoo spur out the result as Dangerous Downloads. The alternatives are either (1) Google is serving Malware, or (2) Yahoo or McAfee are playing a little joke.

Its the time for Microsoft to think and re-think why Yahoo rejected the deal which could be the biggest acquisition on Internet.Yahoo Inc. rejected the bid stating the bid to be too low. According to Yahoo, Microsoft has “undervalued Yahoo” by giving this “small” bid.It did not clearly state the amount expected but clearly stated, the global stand, 500 million users base and the growing advertising platform.

Microsoft might reconsider and raise the bid, as this takeover could change Microsoft’s position completely globally. Its been assumed Microsoft might take the chance of raising the bid considering all these factors as they are presently seeking help from investors and Yahoo shareholders to know how much the bid should be raised and bid and force Yahoo to make a friendly deal as soon as possible.

Yahoo might have considered Google’s position and its interference in this deal for this rejection.Or even Yahoo could be just playing with Microsoft to just raise the bid. This might be a risky step for Yahoo but no one knows what going on both the companies’ Analyst team.

Google had recently talks with Yahoo CEO stating the reason why this acquisition shouldn’t proceed.

Google claims this merger will cut off the competition and wouldn’t keep anything in the internet search engines race. Google also suggested Yahoo to outsource its search business to Google and then proceed with this deal.

Now, if Yahoo outsources its search business to Google then the whole search business is over.No doubt Google works very differently and efficiently as compared to Microsoft like Google supports open source projects, has good servers and better service.Whereas Microsoft on other hand has secure servers with a lot of complications.

Its always been Google Inc., Yahoo Inc, and then Microsoft Inc. whether you check traffic status or do any other comparison on Internet. The status remains the same no matter whatever does happen. Google claims the higher spot. So trying to make it a little more energetic, Microsoft is eating up one competitor with a bid of $44.6B.

Google Inc. won’t let Microsoft Inc. to lay its hand on him. Microsoft goes the other way bids Yahoo Inc. for the whooping $44.6B (later lowered to $42B) and waits for the answer. Microsoft laid a 31%-per-share offer stating at the $44.6B but later checking the status of immediate increase to the share revenue lowered the bid to 28.95%-per-share offer totaling to $42B.

This could be a real great opportunity for Yahoo as well as Microsoft to takeover Google in straight hand. Its also rumored that Microsoft stated “two companies together will have a better chance of tackling the Internet search leader “

Its been fun watching every other internet company trying to beat yahoo by some way or other, Ask.com made up some Algorithm publicity recently, news of Microsoft’s venture taking over some local search company…. Still Google Inc. plays real strong in this game which is a real good battle for Microsoft.

Soon after Microsoft’s bid to Yahoo the stock rates raised by 18% within few minutes to start of stock market.

Microsoft said it sees at least $1 billion in cost savings if it buys Yahoo.

Yahoo Music is quite famous for its present service which includes free online audio streaming, music videos ,Web Radio. It also manages a paid music subscription and also some premium Internet Radio Service. Now Yahoo Inc. is in early talks with major record companies to offer unprotected mp3s for sale or free music which would include ads. Yahoo hopes to launch this service till end of this year .

Music Companies like Universal Music, Sony BMG, Warner Bros Music Corp., and EMI have started licensing their music for sale as MP3 files through Amazon.com giving them a little more internet penetration. If Yahoo’s service might work out, then it would give them some good penetration even in offline world. Unlike music files that come from copy protections MP3 files are compatible with portable music devices like Apple Inc.’s iPod , Microsoft Inc.’s Zune and now major mobile phones.

This would be really great for all company as well as Yahoo because past years statistics show that there has been fall in the Yahoo music subscriptions and also as everyone knows Piracy has stolen the music world. So Yahoo is more working on providing ads-supported music service rather than sale of MP3s.
